We finally had a free weekend night to take our new camper out!
This time we camped at Dell Valle, a place about 40 minutes from our home.
Dell Valle has a lake you can swim in (the lake near us, Lake Chabot, doesn't allow swimming).
Our camp site had a sweet tree. It's huge but grew strange, or was damaged at some point but it made for a great hang out spot for the kids. Gemma fell off once but thankfully wasn't hurt!
Once the sun was completely down, the stars were amazing. We could even see the Milky Way! This was our attempt at a long exposure shot of the stars. Needs work. :)
Our cute little camper! We had a pretty great night of sleep, well for camping any way... you know, staying up late, waking up early. At least we were warm and comfy! Cooking breakfast in the kitchen was pretty great too!
The next morning was beautiful!
We were lucky enough to camp with our friends the Farrs. They are moving to Sacramento soon and we are so sad to see them go.
