north carolina transit museum
Last Saturday we took the kids to the North Carolina Transit Museum. It was one of those days that you always hope for but rarely achieve- everyone was in a good mood, no one whined, no meltdowns. We just had lots of fun being together.

Ezra would not get anywhere near Santa but he did enthusiastically tell him that he was "TWO!".
Liam has now entered that awkward juvenile stage of being snaggle toothed.
The family. All 5 and 3/4 of us!
Santa rode into the station in this antique fire truck.

It started to snow. Ezra was a little confused! :)

Then it really started coming down. The flakes were huge and fluffy and fat. It was awesome!
There were hundreds of trains, antique cars, planes, bikes and more to see. We walked for what seemed like miles but the kids didn't complain not even Sutton! Those of you that have tried to walk anywhere with her know how huge that is! Usually she will take five steps and start complaining that her legs hurt and ask to be carried.
It was a great day and we are excited to go there again!

That was a fun day!
i think the picture of liam and his 'snaggle tooth' might be my favorite. your kids are dang cute! also - you look really good!
but are you sure you're not having twins?? - just kidding!
where is this? in charlotte? i've never heard of it, but looks like a fun place. i wish the snow on saturday would have stuck around for christmas!!
Trains and snow! Life is good. Next time we're tagging along!
We miss that museum! That was a favorite destination when we lived there. I've been wishing I could take Jesse there, he LOVES trains so very very much.
I love that Liam has lost his two front teeth. He looks so stinkin' old though.
You, my dear, look fantastic.
